DESCRIPTION:Co-hosted by the Environmental Business Council of New England and the Climate Adaptation Forum\n“In a time of rising seas and intensifying storms\, one of the world’s wealthiest\, most-educated cities made a fateful decision to spend billions of dollars erecting a new district along its coast — on landfill\, at sea level.” \nJoin colleagues for a screening of the documentary film Inundation District right in the heart of the topic at hand: Boston’s Seaport. Released in 2023\, the film interrogates the establishment and rapid development of the Seaport\, or ‘Innovation’ district\, during a time of accelerating impacts from climate change.
